Maison Des Amis

Villa Des Amis is a luxurious, cosy and well-equipped holiday house for 6 to 9 persons. There is plenty of space around the house. Enough room to relax, eat , enjoy the good live and where the children can play around safely. There is the common pool (only shared by both houses), a trampoline and a small kids play ground.

The Villas

Our wooden , self-designed villas are very spacious (150m2), have 2 floors and a large porch/veranda on the side and the back of the house(50M2). This allows you to eat and drink (wine and dine) while soaking up the last sun of the day, although there is lots of shade as well. The design is such that, no matter what the weather is, you can enjoy the perfect outdoor life. 

Inside the houses there is plenty of natural light, due to the large windows and veranda. The large window shutters will keep the house cool in hot sunny days. 

The ground floor (is identical for both houses):

• A spacious well equipped open kitchen with 5 gas rings, a gas-grill oven, a dishwasher, double sink, a large free standing Fridge/freezer, a Nespresso coffee machine and a bar with 3 stools
• A large living room with sofa’s and a large 8 person dining table
• A utility room with a washing machine, a dryer and Toilet entry

The first floor:

• 2 master bedrooms
• 1 room with 2 single beds
• 1 children’s room with a bunk bed and a bed stead for the smallest one
• 2 bathrooms (1 with bath, 1 with douche, a toilet and double wash basin)

Amenities and equipment

Washing machine, dryer, dish washer, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, Micro wave, Satellite TV, DVD player, Docking station for IPod ( docking station in maison les Voisin), Gas-grill, lying bed recliners and free WIFI.

Outside area and the swimming pool

The 2 villas are 30 meters build from eachother on a 1,5 ha private grounds. Right in between the 2  houses is a newly built swimming-pool (11x4,5 mtr, 1,7mtr depth). The pool can be used by the guests of both houses. Additionally there is the large trampoline, Jeux de Boulles Court, ping-pong table and 2 children’s swings.
